Terms of use for Pronix and its services.

Scope

These terms cover use of the public Pronix website and the information published on it. Engagements (consulting, development, support) are governed by separately-signed agreements between Pronix and the client; those agreements take precedence in any conflict.

Use of the site

You may:

  • Read it. That is what it is for.
  • Link to it. Linking is welcome.
  • Reference and quote it with appropriate attribution.

You may not:

  • Misrepresent your relationship with Pronix, including framing the site as your own or claiming endorsement that does not exist.
  • Use the site to host third-party content by exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities.
  • Probe the site for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. We track abusive HTTP traffic (see the Abusive HTTP Watch product) and will block, log, and where appropriate report systematic probing.

Site content

Information on the site is published in good faith but without warranty. Specifically:

  • Documentation describes architectural patterns and configuration approaches; applying them to your environment is your responsibility.
  • Code samples are illustrative and may not be production-ready in your context without review.
  • Pricing or scope indications in marketing material are approximate; the binding figures are in the signed contract.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pronix is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the public site.
  • Decisions you take based solely on information on this site without engaging us under a signed agreement.

This does not limit liability for personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

  • Text and images on the site are the property of Pronix unless otherwise noted, and may be quoted with attribution.
  • Open-source code referenced from this site is governed by its own license (visible in the relevant repository).
  • Logos and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The lastmod date at the top of the file reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted prominently on the site for a reasonable period.
