Project inquiries, consulting requests, and everything else.

The easiest way to start a conversation is email.

Direct

  • E-mail:

A short paragraph about what you are trying to solve is enough — we will respond within two working days with either a follow-up question, a scoping call invitation, or an honest “this is not a fit for us, here is who would be better.”

What helps us answer well

If you can include any of these in your first message, the follow-up gets faster:

  • Context — what kind of organization, what problem, what is already in place.
  • Urgency — is this exploratory, planning a budget cycle, or responding to an incident?
  • Constraints — regulatory, technical, contractual, headcount.

If you cannot include them, just write what you have. We will ask.

What you can expect

  • A response from a human, not a contact-form auto-reply.
  • A free first scoping conversation (typically 30–60 minutes, video or phone).
  • A written follow-up if it could be a fit, or a clear “no” with a recommendation if not.
  • No marketing nurture sequences, no newsletter sign-up gates, no three-week pipeline silence.
