What is TOGAF?
The Open Group Architecture Framework: the most widely used enterprise-architecture method — its ADM (Architecture Development Method) takes you from business strategy through to a target architecture and an implementation roadmap. We are TOGAF Level 1 & 2 certified.
What is Kotusev's Best Practice Architecture?
Svyatoslav Kotusev’s empirically-grounded account of enterprise architecture — what EA actually looks like in organizations where it works, as opposed to framework theory. It is the practical correction that keeps TOGAF grounded: lean, used artifacts instead of shelfware.
What is ArchiMate?
ArchiMate (The Open Group): the standard modelling language for enterprise architecture — business, application and technology layers and their relationships. The shared model that makes architecture discussable; the same language we use in the Automation work.

What does public procurement under GATT/WTO mean?
Public tenders above certain thresholds follow the WTO Government Procurement Agreement (rooted in GATT) — non-discriminatory, transparent procedures: open (anyone bids), selective / restricted (pre-qualified bidders), and invitation procedures. We work within these rules on both sides.

What is a fractional senior role?
